USA VOLLEYBALL/CLUB: In 2019, placed silver at the AVP Open … Posted multiple AVP and CBVA top finishes … In 2018, won gold at the AAU National Qualifier and finished silver at the USA National Beach Tour Winter Series #1 which earned her a bid to the USA Junior Beach National Championships … In 2017, earned two bids to AVP national championships and competed at the USAV High Performance Beach A3 … She won gold at the Women’s CBVA Tournaments and was invited to the West Coast AAU Junior Olympic Games … Placed silver in both the AVPfirst Belmont shores in Long Beach and the AVPfirst Silicon Valley Open … Earned a bid to the AVPfirst Invitational San Francisco … Placed in the top-10 of all NorCal teams in AVP Championships in Hermosa Beach, Calif … Finished bronze at the CBVA Santa Cruz …  Indoor in 2017, she competed at the USA High Performance U17 indoor A2 … In 2016 she finished with gold at the USAV JBT Qualifier and earned a bid to the national championships … Also won gold at the CBVA Santa Cruz and USAV Junior Beach Tour NorCal Grand Slam, earning a bid to the USAV Nationals … She finished silver at the CBVA Santa Cruz … Competed at the AAU Junior National Champions in Orland, Fla. … Also played indoor for Rage Westside 16 Gold and Main Beach volleyball clubs … Indoor in 2018, helped Rage Westside win gold at the Cal Kickoff 16s Open … Also indoors, she competed at the USA HP U17 Indoor A2 in 2017 and went to the AAU Junior National Championship in Orlando, Fla. and placed 5th in the Pacific Northwest qualifier in Spokane, Wash.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Aptos High School in Aptos, Calif. in 2020 … Lettered one year as libero in her sophomore season under Head Coach Ashley Tennant in the Santa Cruz Coast Athletic for AHS … Also played water polo, earning the Aptos High School Athlete Award … Also a member of the People to People Ambassador Program.
 
PERSONAL: Majoring in business administration … Daughter of Katie and Brian Dueck … Has two siblings, Owen and Jessie … Her father Brian water skied in college at Sacramento State … Has stated her career aspirations as: “I would love to work in sustainability to help better the environment and the people living in it … I am passionate about conserving God’s creations and finding ways to sustainably do so for long term benefits.”  When asked why she chose Pepperdine, she stated: “Pepperdine has been my number one dream school ever since I was 14.  I chose Pepperdine because I was immediately attracted to the sense of community and Christian-based teachings, along with the incredible academics, the athletics and the coaching staff … Pepperdine had the balance of faith, community, athletics, academics and nature of which I have always dreamed.”
