PEPPERDINE 2024: Played in all 37 matches her senior year, all in the No. 4 position and primarily alongside Kaydon Meyers … The duo collected 15 wins, including 11 two-set victories … Pedersen earned 17 wins on the year … Also notched two wins on court four with Aubrey Roberts.
PEPPERDINE 2023: Played in 16 matches during her junior year… earning five wins at the No. 3 position alongside Jasmin Suarez… The duo collected a pair of wins against Santa Clara and picked up a few other victories against Concordia, Houston Christian and UC Davis.
PEPPERDINE 2022: Played in two matches in the No. 6 exhibition position… earning one win with partner, Jordan Benoit.
PEPPERDINE 2021: Played in 19 matches throughout her freshman campaign, earning eight wins … Went 7-6 in the No. 4 position and 1-5 in the No. 5 position, while posting a 1-3 record in the No. 6 exhibition slot … Went 4-4 alongside partner Mary Sinclair, including wins against Saint Mary’s on three occasions in the back half of the season.
USA VOLLEYBALL/CLUB: Competed in the USA High Performance A1 Indoor Volleyball program, attending the Elite Prospect Camp in Colorado and served as a member of the USA High Performance Continental Team and USA High Performance A2 Beach Volleyball squads … She also competed for two years at John Hyder Training Academy for the Elite Team … Also played for Alliance Indoor Club from ages eight to 15 and Tennessee Performance Indoor Club for one year on the 17’s squad at age 16. She helped JHTA place in the top-10 of many national beach tournaments throughout her tenure with the squad … About her time playing for her country, stated “playing with USA on my back gave me a small taste of what playing for my country felt like and made me want it even more.”
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Brentwood Academy in 2020 … Lettered four years indoor as an outside hitter under Head Coach Alyssa Hall … In her senior year, earned All-Tennessee Region first team honors and served as captain of the squad … In her junior campaign, earned a spot on the AVCA UnderArmour National Phenom Watch List and was an All-Tennessee Region first teamer, while serving as a team captain … As a sophomore, helped her team finish 3rd in the State Championships … Also lettered in swimming in high school … Was a member of the National Honor Society and earned spots on the Headmaster Roll and Honor Roll.
PERSONAL: Majoring in business administration … Daughter of Caroline Pedersen … Has two siblings: Ellie and Andrew Her mother, Caroline, played volleyball and basketball for Drake and her sister Ellie plays volleyball for University of the South … Chose to attend Pepperdine because “the beach volleyball program is amazing, the academics are rigorous, the campus is gorgeous – but most importantly, Pepperdine’s Christian mission.”
