PEPPERDINE OUTDOOR TRACK 2025 (SO): Competed in nine outdoor track meets, specializing in the mid-distance events ... Ran her collegiate outdoor 800-meter-dash PR of 2:17.02 at the Franson Last Chance Meet (5/8-10), which ranks seventh all-time at Pepperdine ... Clocked a personal-best time of 4:35.99 in the 1,500 meters at the Bob Larsen Distance Carnival (3/21), which ranks fourth in program history ... Helped Pepperdine break the school 4x800-meter relay record at the Gaucho Relays (3/1).

PEPPERDINE INDOOR TRACK 2025 (SO): Returned from a semester abroad and broke the school's indoor mile record ... Competed in three indoor track meets, specializing in the 800-meters and the mile ... Broke the school record in the mile with her time of 5:07.22 at the MPSF Indoor Championships (2/22) ... Also anchored Pepperdine's school-record-breaking distance medley relay team, which finished in 12:11.28 (2/21) ... Ran the program's third-fastest indoor 800-meter time with a 2:20.06 at Nevada's Wolf Pack Classic (2/8) ... Made her return at the UW Preview/Mile City meet with a time of 2:22.46 in the 800-meter dash, good for third-fastest on the team.

PEPPERDINE XC 2023 (FR): Competed in five cross country races as a true freshman ... Was a top-three finisher for the Waves in each race ... Finished in third for Pepperdine at the Waves Invitational in her collegiate debut (9/9) ... Was Pepperdine's third runner at the UC Riverside Invitational with a 6-kilometer time of 22:20.4 (9/16) ... Ran the sixth-fastest 6-kilometer time in program history at the Bronco Invitational with a time of 21:36.5 (10/14) ... Finished third for Pepperdine at the WCC Championships with a 6-kilometer time of 23:49.5 (10/28) ... Was Pepperdine's third runner at the NCAA West Regional with her time of 23:00.0 (11/10).

PEPPERDINE OUTDOOR TRACK 2024 (FR): Competed in eight outdoor meets, specializing in primarily the 800-meter dash and the 1,500-meter run ... Ran the seventh-fastest 800-meter dash time in program history with a 2:17.13 at the Triton Invite (4/5-6) ... In her only open 400-meter dash of the season, ran a 1:01.98 at the Chris Rinne Invitational ... Ran the ninth-fastest 1,500-meter dash time in program history with a time of 4:42.00 at the Oxy Invitational (5/4).

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Lake Washington High School, located in Kirkland, Wash., in 2023 … Ran two years of varsity cross country and track …  In the top-five at Lake Washington HS in the 800 meters with a time of 2:17.31 … Earned Kingo 3A All-League second team honors for cross country senior season … A part of the 2022 Girls 3A Kingo Cross Country championship squad … A part of the back-to-back Girls 3A Kingo Track championship squad.
 
PERSONAL: Born in Honolulu, Hawaii … Daughter of Matthew and Kathryn Bruner … Has two siblings, Chaz and Malia … Grandpa swam at the University of Hawaii … Dad played baseball for Pacific Lutheran University … Aunt is a Pepperdine alumna … Chose Pepperdine because “I knew I wanted a smaller, faith-based college and I love the location since it's not too far from home and I also have always loved the ocean so that's super fun too. But the main thing that really drew me to Pepperdine was the great academics they offer and that I felt like I could really explore areas I'm interested in with the school's programs and such. I really want to grow my relationship with God and find a strong community of believers which is something I feel Pepperdine's values will support/align with.”
