WAVEPOINTS
• Pepperdine's campus is scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 26, following the devastation to the area by the Woolsey Fire, and one of the first events will be Monday night's men's basketball home game vs. Idaho State.
• The Waves had a week off around the Thanksgiving holiday, but the last time they were in action, they had an impressive showing at the Islands of the Bahamas Showcase, where they won twice and came in third place.
• Lorenzo Romar's second stint as head coach is well underway. Romar now has 394 career wins, six shy of a milestone 400.
• Pepperdine is a perfect 4-0 all-time against Idaho State. The Bengals' two losses this season were to WCC teams.
• Colbey Ross averaged 24.3 points and made the Bahamas All-Tournament team, which included scoring a career-high-tying 25 points twice.
• The Waves are already halfway to last season's win total of six.
• Pepperdine's victories in the Bahamas included coming back from 10 points down vs. Towson and 18 points down vs. Miami (Ohio).
• The Waves have committed fewer turnovers than the opponent in all five games and have a turnover margin of +4.8, best in the WCC.
• The Waves hope to stay healthy after being decimated by injuries the last two years. They lost 99 player-games in 2016-17 and 81 in 2017-18. But, last year's leading scorer, Kameron Edwards, has already missed two games.
• This is the start of a three-game homestand. The Waves take on Abilene Christian on Saturday (Dec. 1) and then have the rescheduled CSUN game next Monday (Dec. 3).

WAVECASTS — The game can be watched online via WaveCasts on TheW.tv. Veteran play-by-play man Al Epstein, a 2015 Pepperdine Athletics Hall of Fame inductee, will be behind the microphone (now in his 34th season, this will be his 1,009th consecutive broadcast for the Waves).
TICKETS — Single-game tickets for most Pepperdine home games are $25 for reserved seating, $15 for adult general admission and $12 for child general admission. Select premium games are $30, $20 and $12, respectively. Tickets are available via PepperdineWaves.com or by calling (310) 506-4935.
PEPPERDINE — Pepperdine boasts a one-of-a-kind athletic department with unprecedented success for a school of its size. The Waves have won NCAA Division I championships in five different men's sports — one of just 18 schools to have accomplished this feat — and nine overall. Of this elite group, Pepperdine has the smallest undergraduate enrollment, is the only school without football and is the only university that has not been affiliated with a "major" conference. The Waves have won a total of 25 team or individual national championships in their history. Pepperdine has also earned the Division I-AAA All-Sports Trophy, an award based on postseason success that's given to the top non-football school, three times (most recently in 2011-12). The Waves have produced 205 conference championships, 318 All-Americans and 53 Olympians. Located in scenic Malibu, California, the university overlooks the Pacific Ocean and its campus and athletic facilities are regularly voted among the nation's most beautiful. Pepperdine, which is affiliated with the Church of Christ, ranks #46 overall on U.S. News and World Report's list of America's best colleges.
