Honolulu, HI - Senior forward Jenna Fodor and junior forward Lindsey Redlin each scored goals to lead No. 18 Pepperdine to a 2-0 victory over Hawaii Friday night Waipio Peninsula Soccer Stadium.

The win improved the Waves to 3-0-0 on the season while the Rainbow Wahine slipped to 1-2-0.

Pepperdine took a 1-0 lead at the 20:41 mark when Fodor scored on a penalty kick.

The score remained 1-0 until the 73:26 mark when Redlin received the ball from senior forward Megan Woods and scored her third goal of the season.

Senior goalkeeper Anna Picarelli earned the shutout in goal as she registered four saves.

Pepperdine returns to action later today when it faces Eastern Michigan at 10 p.m. (PDT).
