Biography
TULANE 2018-21: Collected a 50-45 overall record and a .526 winning percentage throughout four seasons with Tulane beach volleyball … Played in positions two, three, four and five … Tabbed a 14-10 (.583) record in the No. 2 position, a 7-11 (.389) record in the No. 3 position, a 5-11 (.313) output in the No. 4 slot and a 5-2 (.714) record in the No. 5 spot … Earned a spot on the Dean’s List on seven occasions from 2017-20 … Graduated Cum Laude with a 3.7 cumulative grade point average earning a Bachelor of Arts as a double major in Psychology and Communications with a minor in Management.
USA VOLLEYBALL/CLUB: Earned a Silver Medal in CBVA’s 2016 California State Championship, a bronze in the AAU’s 2016 Junior Olympics and 5th in AAU’s 2016 Nationals Tournament … Played club for Elite Beach Volleyball … Earned a silver medal finish at the 2016 California State Championships and placed third at the 2016 AAU Junior Olympics … also came in fifth place at the 2016 AAU National … Received a AAA rating and ranked in the top-20 beach volleyball athletes in California and top-125 nationally.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played both indoor and beach volleyball at Mira Costa High School and graduated in 2017 … Helped lead her team to a 55-1 record over five years, elevating her team to three of four Interscholastic Beach Volleyball League Championships … Was a three-tim IBVL champion start from 2015-17 and helps MCHS to the program’s first-ever State Championship in 2017 … Graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.8 grade point average.
PERSONAL: Originally from Redondo Beach, Calif. … Daughter of Ann Frohoff and Chris Frohoff … Will work towards a Master’s of Arts in Psychology while at Pepperdine and has career aspirations of becoming a Psychologist … Stated fun facts about herself: ‘I am an only child, a first-generation college student, and a type 1 diabetic since 2009” … When asked why Pepperdine, she said: “I chose to go to Pepperdine because of my master’s comprehensive curriculum and wonderful professors. Attending Pepperdine gives me the best opportunity to set myself up for a successful life in the South Bay and allows me to be close to my family.”
