PEPPERDINE 2021: Grad transfer appeared in 10 matches and 21 sets as a backup middle blocker ... Recorded seven kills (0.33 average) and three blocks (0.14 average) ... Had three kills against both Stanford (3/3) and BYU (3/20) ... Had two blocks at BYU (2/12) ... A Pepperdine Scholar-Athlete.
 
UCLA: Graduated from UCLA in September 2020 with a degree in political science ... Was part of UCLA’s program for three seasons ... Appeared in three matches in 2020 and recorded a kill on his first and only career attempt against Long Beach State ... Also had a dig against Princeton ... Played in one match in 2019, against USC in an MPSF semifinal in Firestone Fieldhouse ... Saw no action in 2018 ... Was on UCLA’s All-Academic Team in 2019-20 and was on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll multiple times.

I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity and excited to transition from a Bruin to a Wave.”
 
FAVORITES: Enjoys playing the guitar, listening to music, camping and hiking in national parks, playing golf and watching TV and movies ... Favorites include Mike Trout (pro athlete), Los Angeles Angels and Chargers (pro teams), Guns, Germs, and Steel (book), Ratatouille (movie), Diners, Drive-ins and Dives (TV show), Tame Impala (musical artist), Maragume Udon (food) and baseball (sport other than volleyball) ...
