PEPPERDINE 2019: An instrumental competitor on the sand for Pepperdine, Caputo marked a 17-13 overall record for the Waves in her senior campaign … Amassed a 15-10 record in the No. 3 position, with a 2-2 record in the No. 4 position and one match played in the No. 2 slot … Helped the Waves to a fourth-straight berth in the NCAA Championships and a 7th place finish in the tournament.
PEPPERDINE 2018: Posted a 27-3 overall record as a junior playing with partner Alexis Filippone in the No. 4 position … Amassed a 56-15 record by sets throughout the season … Clinched three matches in the No. 4-slot … Won 18-matches by straight-set decisions and went on a 17-match winning streak to start the season from February 23 to March 27 … Clinched the Waves second win of the season over top-ranked USC to propel the Waves to a No. 1 ranking for three weeks … helped the team to a NCAA Championship fifth place finish and a third-consecutive West Coast Conference championship crown.
PEPPERDINE 2017: Ranked No. 41 in DiG Magazine’s Collegiate Beach Pairs rankings with partner Heidi Dyer … Earned spot in the USAV Collegiate Beach Pairs Championship … Went 22-7 overall in the No. 3 position with Dyer, while producing a 49-22 sets record … For home matches (stats only available at home matches), averaged 5.57 kills/set, 0.14 blocks/set and 1.00 aces/set … Produced a 10-7 record against nationally ranked opposition … Helped the Waves to a NCAA Championship runner-up finish and the team’s second-consecutive West Coast Conference Championship title … In the WCC tournament won all three of their matches in quick two-set fashion … Clinched the Waves’ 3-2 upset win over No. 3 UCLA to open the season with a 21-12, 18-21, 16-14 win over Savvy Simo and Torrey Van Winden … Defeated No. 4 Florida State’s Victoria Paranagua and Macy Jerger in three-sets to hand the Seminoles’ the team’s first-ever loss at home … Featured in 27 Mile Films ‘Malibu Stories’ documentary episode four.
PEPPERDINE 2016: In her premier freshman campaign, amassed a 21-4 overall dual record with Quiggle … Primarily competed in the number three position, obtaining a 20-4 record, while also picking up one win when challenging opponents from the number four slot … Had two noteworthy winning streak runs, one nine-match streak early in the season; and another six-match streak heading into the postseason push … Won 18 matches in straight sets and collected a 10-4 record when playing opponents from nationally ranked squads … Integral member of the squad that earned a berth in the inaugural NCAA Championships in Gulf Shores, Ala. … Helped lead the team to win the first-ever West Coast Conference Championships in Santa Monica, Calif. … Went an undefeated 3-0 to help lead the Waves to the WCC title, defeating Saint Mary’s Alexis Salmons and Mandi Wilkerson (21-17, 21-19 and 21-11, 21-13) and Wells Fargo PCH Cup rivals Loyola Marymount duo Jamie Lea and Tatiana Schange (21-17, 21-11) … Went 2-1 in the NCAA Tournament, downing #6 Arizona’s Olivia MacDonald and Samantha Manley with 21-18 and 21-15 sets in the opening round; and defeating #4 UCLA’s Izzy Carey and Elise Zappia 21-19 and 21-17 in the final round of consolation play.
USA VOLLEYBALL/CLUB: In the summer of 2016, represented the U.S. alongside fellow Wave Corinne Quiggle as the pair took fifth at the NORCECA Varadero in Varadero, Cuba … Member of the USAV A1 High Performance team … Placed ninth at the FIVB U19 Beach Volleyball World Championships alongside current Wave Delaney Knudsen during the summer of 2014 … USA Volleyball High Performance U19 Champion in 2014 and was runner up in 2013 … Currently ranked 2nd in the CBVA Women’s Open/AAA point rankings … Took fifth at the IOC Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing, China … AAU Junior Olympics Beach Volleyball 18s champion … Placed fourth in the U21 USA High Performance Championship and fifth in the USA Women’s NORCECA Qualifier at Hermosa Beach in 2015 … Has also participated and traveled with USA Volleyball for the indoor game, where she led the Youth National Indoor team to fourth place in the European Global Championship in 2012 … Currently trains with Elite Beach Volleyball, under the coaching of beach volleyball legends Holly McPeak, Barbra Fontana and Eric Fonoimoana … Helped Elite win the BVCA Club Award in 2015 … Won the U18 ROX NVL BVCA Championship title in 2014 and 2015 … Named AAU Beach Volleyball Player of the Year in 2015 … Won the U16 and U18 CBVA Cal Cup Championship in 2013 and 2014 … Honored at the 2015 CBVA Hall of Fame for highest ranked AAA Player of the Year … Placed ninth at the Women’s National Volleyball League Championship at Hermosa Beach in August, 2015.
