
Men’s Volleyball Tabbed with Three All-American Honors

LEXINGTON, Ky. – No. 4 Pepperdine men's volleyball team was honored with three All-American honorees plus one on the honorable mention squad, the AVCA announced Wednesday afternoon.
Ryan Barnett and Cole Hartke were named to the first team. For Barnett, this is his second straight year making the first squad while Hartke was a second-team All American last season. The duo accounted for the majority of the Waves' offense this year as Hartke led the nation in both kills and points per set. Barnett led the team in accuracy, accumulating a .371 hitting clip through the team's run to the regional final of the NCAA tournament.
Andrej Polomac earned a second-team All American nod in his first season with the Waves. Handling just over 84 percent of the assists this season for Pepperdine, Polomac notched 10.53 assists per set, good for fourth in the nation. Polomac set the team up for a .374 hitting clip, third in the NCAA behind only UCLA and Ball State. Defensively, the junior notched an average of 1.5 digs per set, putting together 41 blocks with two solo stuffs.
Playing in all but one set for the Waves this year, Jacob Reilly showcased his talents at libero to earn an honorable mention on the All American list. Overall, the Cypress, Texas native accumulated a serve/receive rate of 2.28 on a 3.0 scale, including the best mark on any libero in MPSF play at 2.36. In his second season with the Waves, this is Reilly's second mention after earning a second-team All American nod last year.
As a program, this is Pepperdine's fifth straight year with members on either the first or second All American team, and the 14th consecutive year for the Waves to be included on either team or the honorable mention list.

Pepperdine men's volleyball boasts one of the richest histories in collegiate volleyball, with five NCAA National Championships. Four of those championships came under the direction of Hall of Fame coach Marv Dunphy who totaled 612 victories in 34 seasons at the helm. With 19 NCAA Appearances and 63 All-Americans, the program has consistently been a destination for top talent across the country. Under current head coach Jonathan Winder, the Waves reached the NCAA Final Four in his third season at the helm in 2025.
