MALIBU - Due to the ongoing Palisades Fire and travel conditions in Los Angeles impacting LMU's travel plans, the Pepperdine men's and women's basketball games originally scheduled for today, January 11, have been postponed.
 
Pepperdine and LMU are coordinating with the West Coast Conference to reschedule the games for a future date. Updates will be posted on pepperdinewaves.com.
 
There are no immediate threats posed to Pepperdine's campus by the fire and it remains approximately 2.5 miles from campus, with growth slowing significantly over the last 24 hours.
 
Please note that at this time, access to campus is limited to Kanan Road and Pacific Coast Highway north of campus. The John Tyler Drive entrance gate is the only open access point to Pepperdine. Malibu Canyon and PCH south of campus remain closed. Please check all viable routes before departing for Pepperdine.
