Men's Basketball Unveils 2026-27 WCC Schedule

SAN BRUNO, Calif. — The West Coast Conference has announced the 2026-27 men's basketball schedule, unveiling Pepperdine's 16-game conference slate for its first season inside The Mountain at Mullin Park.
Exact dates and game times will be announced at a later date and are subject to television selections.
Pepperdine is slated to take on LMU at home only this season, with San Francisco being an away-only matchup for the Waves. The Waves will have a home-and-home series with Denver, Pacific, Portland, Saint Mary's, San Diego, Santa Clara and Seattle.
The Waves will play eight WCC games at home and eight on the road, with the conference schedule beginning with back-to-back road contests at Portland (Jan. 2-3) and Seattle (Jan. 9-10) before Pepperdine returns to Malibu for three consecutive home games against LMU (Jan. 9-10), Denver (Jan. 12-14) and Saint Mary's (Jan. 16-17).
Pepperdine will then travel to Santa Clara (Jan. 19-21) and San Francisco (Jan. 23-24) before hosting San Diego (Jan. 26-28). A road matchup at Pacific set for Jan. 30-31 will close out the January slate.
The WCC circuit continues on the road at Denver (Feb. 6-7) before Pepperdine returns to The Mountain for consecutive home contests against Seattle (Feb. 9-11) and Santa Clara (Feb. 13-14). The Waves will then visit San Diego (Feb. 16-18) and Saint Mary's (Feb. 20-21) before closing the regular season with back-to-back home games against Portland (Feb. 23-25) and Pacific (Feb. 27-28).
The West Coast Conference Tournament will be held Mar. 5-9 in Las Vegas, Nev.
The 2026-27 season will mark a historic new era for Pepperdine basketball, with the Waves beginning the campaign at Firestone Fieldhouse before moving into The Mountain at Mullin Park in December.
The new 3,600-seat arena will officially open Saturday, Dec. 5, with the Waves hosting Florida Gulf Coast in the first game to be played at The Mountain.

ABOUT PEPPERDINE MEN'S BASKETBALL
Pepperdine men's basketball has made 13 NCAA postseason appearances while earning 12 WCC Regular-Season Championships and three WCC Tournament Championships in its history. This success has spanned multiple decades, with the Waves most recently winning the 2021 CBI Tournament. The program has also seen 19 All-Americans along with 19 NBA players, which included a streak of 34 consecutive seasons with at least one alum on an NBA roster from 1976-2011.
