KOHALA COAST, Hawai'i – The Pepperdine men's golf team had a stellar finish to an already impressive run at the Amer Ari Intercollegiate, hosted at the par-72, 6,913-yard Mauna Lani North Course. The Waves tabbed a three-round score of 819 (274-276-269), shooting 45-under par overall and 19-under on the final day of competition.
Sophomore
Brady Siravo posted his best career finish as he tied for eighth-place with a score of 201 (68-68-65). He picked up a 7-under to final round for his first top-10 career finish.
The 45-under 819 ranks fourth in Pepperdine's record books for lowest 54-hole score. Two other times in program history have teams shot low throughout three rounds at the Amer Ari, though all at different courses – 825 (-39) at Waikoloa Kings Golf Course in 2020 which is now seventh and 830 (-34) at Hapuna Golf Club in 2022 which is now tied for ninth. Today's 19-under 269 also made a dent in the record books, ranking tied for third – a feat the Waves had previously accomplished at the 2021 WCC Championships and the 2023 NCAA Championships. The best-ever 18-hole score at the Amer Ari Intercollegiate for the Waves was an 18-under 270 twice in 2020 and 2022.
North Carolina took home the hardware with a staggering 68-under 796 through three rounds. The Waves tied with #31 UCLA and #45 Oklahoma State, besting #18 Oregon by 12-strokes, as well as higher-ranked #46 Oregon State, #53 San Jose State and #88 Stanford. Pepperdine was only two shots away from #11 Florida State.

- Sophomore Brady Siravo (Sacramento, Calif.) finished tied for 8th with a three-day score of 201 (68-68-65), having marked the first time in his career with three rounds under par in a single tournament. He posted a career-best 7-under in the round today, finishing 15-under overall for his first-ever top-10 finish. Siravo started strong today, staying even par through four rounds before posting birdies on the 12th and 16th holes. After the turn from 18 to one, he marked five-consecutive birdies to finish out the day. He tallied 17 birdies throughout the tournament and only had one double-bogey, shooting for par on all other holes through three rounds.
- Sophomore Joshua Koo (Cerritos, Calif.) shot a 206 (70-68-68) to finish tied for 36th. It's the first time this year he marked all three rounds under par. He put up five birdies and an eagle in the round today, finishing with 17 birdies and the eagle altogether.
- Sophomore Mahanth Chirravuri (Chandler, Ariz.) finished tied for 45th with a score of 207 (69-70-68). After a trio of bogeys to start the round today, he rallied with eight birdies through nine holes. This tournament marks the second this season that he has shot under par in all three rounds.
- Freshman Kristoffer Kuvaas (Houston, Texas) shot a 208 (67-73-68) to finish tied for 50th. He remained errorless throughout the day, posting birdies on holes two, nine, 10 and 13. In addition to his career-best round on Thursday, it's the first time throughout his career he has marked a pair of rounds under par in the same tournament. He put in 14 birdies overall.
- Freshman William Walsh (San Mateo, Calif.) shot a 212 (71-70-71) to finish tied for 71st, marking three rounds under par in a single tournament for the first time in his career. He started the day strong with a birdie on the 10th and posted another trio of birdies on holes 13-15, but bogeyed another trio of holes before ending the day. He finished with 16 birdies overall this week.
