women's soccer are listed, zero through 31.
An important note on how the players were selected: The women's soccer program's inaugural season was in 1993 and numerical rosters were available for every season. Any student-athlete who received at least all-conference honors during this time, and others of note, were included based on current available information.

- Roxanne Barker (Irvine, Calif./Woodbridge HS) wore #0 as a freshman in 2009 and made the All-WCC second team before switching to #13. The goalkeeper went 11-7-1 as the starter while posting eight shutouts that season. After Pepperdine, she played in two Olympics for South Africa.
- Brielle Preece (Livermore, Calif./Granada HS) wore #0 and was a two-time WCC Goalkeeper of the Year in 2017 and 2018. As a two-year starter, she went 26-7-5 and recorded a 0.59 goals-against average and 23 shutouts.

- Sumon Nicole (Laguna Niguel, Calif./Dana Hills HS) earned All-WCC second team in 1997. She went 7-6-1 as the starting goalkeeper that year and won 22 games in her career.
- Anna Picarelli (Downey, Calif./St. Joseph HS) was All-WCC second team in 2004 and 2005. She is Pepperdine's all-time leader in shutouts (32) and went 45-18-6 with a 0.81 goals-against average in her career. She played internationally with Italy and was inducted into the Pepperdine Athletics Hall of Fame in 2016.
- Hannah Seabert (Riverside, Calif./Woodcrest Christian HS) was the WCC Goalkeeper of the Year in 2016. She made the All-WCC first team in 2016 and was honorable mention in 2014. She is Pepperdine's all-time leader in saves (331). She went 46-24-12 with a 0.90 goals-against average in her four years as a starter.

- Heidi Ramage (Arcadia, Calif./Cal Lutheran) was All-WCC honorable mention in 1994. The midfielder played on Pepperdine's first two teams and had two goals and eight assists.
- Stacia Spangler (Westlake Village, Calif./Westlake HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 1998 and 2000. The midfielder had career totals of nine goals and 16 assists.
- Mary Stuart (Agoura Hills, Calif./UCLA) was All-WCC honorable mention in 2001. A defender who transferred in, she had one goal and six assists in her three seasons.
- Kylie McDonald (Westlake Village, Calif./Westlake HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 2007. She scored two goals in her only season at Pepperdine.
- Ally Holtz (Honolulu, Hawai'i/Punahou School) made the All-WCC first team in 2014 and was second team in 2013. The midfielder/forward had a total of nine goals and 15 assists in her four seasons.
- Hailey Harbison (Rancho Penasquitos, Calif./Westview HS) was the WCC Defensive Player of the Year in both 2017 and 2018 and earned All-WCC both years, plus All-WCC second team in 2015. She earned All-WCC honors all four of her seasons on the field (she wore #22 as a freshman) and had career totals of three goals and seven assists. Harbison currently plays in the NWSL with the North Carolina Courage.

- Tasha Spangler (Westlake Village, Calif./Westlake HS) was All-WCC second team in 1999 and honorable mention in 2000. The midfielder had four-year totals of 15 goals and 17 assists.
- Courtney Assumma (Temecula, Calif./Temecula Valley HS) was a standout central defender from 2011-15. She played in 57 games and had three goals and one assist.

- Julie Stuart (Agoura Hills, Calif./Agoura HS) was a standout defender from 1999-02 who appeared in 68 total games.
- Lindsey Redlin (Reseda, Calif./Chatsworth HS) was All-WCC first team in 2005 and 2006 and honorable mention in 2003. The forward had career totals of 19 goals and 16 assists.
- Kelsea Smith (Camarillo, Calif./Oaks Christian HS) was All-WCC all four years (2011 second team and three times honorable mention). The defender appeared in 81 total games.

- Melissa Rivera (Torrance, Calif./Torrance HS) is the most-capped player to wear #5, appearing in 77 games from 1997-00. She had career totals of five goals and six assists.

- Janelle Hillseth (San Clemente, Calif./Capistrano Valley HS) was a standout midfielder who scored the Waves' first-ever NCAA Tournament goal in 2001. She appeared in 81 total games and had five goals and nine assists.
- Samantha Hire (El Cajon, Calif./Christian HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 2004 and 2005 before switching to #8.
- Christina Settles (Oceanside, Calif./Oceanside HS) was All-WCC second team in 2017 and honorable mention in 2015 and 2018. The midfielder appeared in 74 career games and had five goals and five assists.

- Kelsey Quane (San Ramon, Calif./California HS) was a captain of the 2005 Sweet 16 team. The midfielder appeared in 55 career games.
- Myriah Stockman (Sandy, Utah/Brighton HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 2008 and 2011. She played in 79 career games and had three goals and six assists.
- Meagan Harbison (Rancho Penasquitos, Calif./Westview HS) had an outstanding career as a defensive midfielder (2013-17). She played in 80 games and had two goals and seven assists.

- Jennifer Evans (Simi Valley, Calif./Royal HS) was All-WCC first team in 1995 and 1996. She is the program's all-time leading scorer with 54 goals. The forward also had 17 assists in 71 career games. She was inducted into the Pepperdine Athletics Hall of Fame in 2012.
- Tracey Milburn (Moorpark, Calif./Moorpark HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 1997. She had five goals and five assists in her only season at Pepperdine.
- Daniella Bosio (Mission Viejo, Calif./Santa Margarita HS) was All-WCC second team in 2003 and honorable mention in 2004. The defender appeared in 69 career games.
- Samantha Hire (El Cajon, Calif./Christian HS) picked up All-WCC honorable mention for the third time in 2008 after switching from #6. The midfielder appeared in 79 games in her career had had four goals and nine assists.
- Michelle Spacciapolli (San Diego, Calif./Boston College) was All-WCC second team in 2009. She scored seven goals in her two seasons.
- Isabel Nelson (Houston, Texas/The Kinkaid School) was All-WCC second team in 2018 and 2019, her first two seasons with the program. She was also the 2018 WCC Freshman of the Year.

- Nina Eriksson (Norrkoping, Sweden) was All-WCC second team in 1994. The defender appeared in 47 games over three seasons.
- Laura Cole (Whittier, Calif./La Habra HS) was All-WCC first team in 2011 and honorable mention in 2008 and 2010. The midfielder/forward had 20 goals and 10 assists in 78 career games.
- Rylee Baisden (Yorba Linda, Calif./Esperanza HS) was All-WCC first team in 2016 and honorable mention in 2015. The defender/forward had 12 goals and 10 assists in 78 career games.
- Joelle Anderson (San Jose, Calif./The Harker School) was All-WCC first team in 2019 and second team in 2017 and 2018. With one season to go, she's already ranked in Pepperdine's top 10 with 21 career goals.

- Kristi DeVert (Petaluma, Calif./Santa Clara) made the All-WCC second team in 1994. She had 14 goals and 14 assists on the first two Pepperdine teams in school history. The midfielder became the first Wave to suit up with the U.S. National Team.
- Jennifer Peterson (Scottsdale, Ariz./Horizon HS) made the All-WCC first team in 1996 and 1997. The forward scored 21 goals and had 13 assists in her two seasons.
- Lacey Ubaldi (Stockton, Calif./Saint Mary's HS) was All-WCC first team in 2003 and made the second team in 2000 and 2002. The forward is tied for the most assists all-time at Pepperdine with 24 and scored 28 goals in 72 games.
- Anisa Guajardo (Clovis, Calif./Buchanan HS) was All-WCC first team in 2012 and honorable mention in 2011. The forward had 27 goals and 14 assists in 68 career games. She went on to play in the World Cup with Mexico.
- Taylor Alvarado (Santa Paula, Calif./Santa Paula HS) scored seven goals as a forward from 2013-16. She played in two Youth World Cups for Mexico.

- Eva Popper (San Francisco, Calif./Lick-Wilmerding HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 1996. The forward scored 11 goals in 69 career games.
- Kate Desmond (Lake Forest, Calif./Mission Viejo HS) ranks sixth all-time in goals at Pepperdine with 26 scored between the 1998 and 2001 seasons.
- Callie Payetta (Huntington Beach, Calif./Huntington Beach HS) scored eight goals from 2009-12.
- Megan Schoen (Sherwood, Ore./Sherwood HS) played in 73 games as a midfielder from 2013-16.

- Trisha Gonzales (Manteca, Calif./Manteca HS) was an excellent defender on Pepperdine's first teams (1993-96).
- Megan Woods (Carlsbad, Calif./La Costa Canyon HS) was an All-American in 2005, as well as All-WCC first team in 2004 and 2005 and honorable mention in 2002. The forward ranks third all-time at Pepperdine with 31 career goals and had 23 assists in 77 games.
- Kelly Reilly (Cardiff, Calif./La Costa Canyon HS) was All-WCC second team in 2009. The midfielder had two goals and two assists that season.
- Kristin DeGrandmont (Portland, Ore./Jesuit HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 2010 and 2011. The defender appeared in 78 career games.
- Michelle Maemone (San Jose, Calif./The King's Academy) was All-WCC honorable mention in 2016. The defender/forward appeared in 78 career games. She currently plays in the NWSL with Utah Royals FC.

- Debbie Ford (Westminster, Calif./Orange HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 1994. The forward scored 14 goals for Pepperdine's first two teams.
- Jenna Fodor (Winnetka, Calif./Chatsworth HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 2002 and 2005. The forward scored 21 career goals and had 18 assists in 71 games.
- Kelsey Baker (Honolulu, Hawai'i/Punahou School) was All-WCC second team in 2006 and honorable mention in 2007. The defender appeared in 62 career games.
- Roxanne Barker (Irvine, Calif./Woodbridge HS) switched from #1 to #13 as a sophomore and earned All-WCC honors all four seasons, including the second team in 2011. She is Pepperdine's all-time leader in goalie wins (47) and she had a 0.87 career goals-against average. She went on to play in two Olympics with South Africa.
- Bri Visalli (San Jose, Calif./Valley Christian HS) was an All-American and the WCC Player of the Year in 2017. She made the All-WCC first team in 2015 and 2017, the second team in 2016 and honorable mention in 2014. The midfielder/forward scored 25 career goals and had 10 assists in 83 games.
- Trinity Watson (Ocean Beach, Calif./Point Loma HS) was All-WCC first team in 2019 as a sophomore defender.

- Amanda Rupp (Encinitas, Calif./La Costa Canyon HS) was All-WCC first team in 2008 and honorable mention in 2007. The forward had 21 goals and 16 assists in 80 career games.

- Susan Palmer (Los Alamitos, Calif./Los Alamitos HS) was a 2001 All-American. She also made the All-WCC first team in 2001 and 2002 and was honorable mention in 1999 and 2000. The defender appeared in 81 career games.
- Danielle Thomas (Huntington Beach, Calif./Edison HS) was a superb central defender who had four career goals in 76 games.

- Ashley Copp (Coronado, Calif./Coronado HS) was All-WCC first team in 2008. The midfielder had seven goals and eight assists in four seasons.
- Rachael Collins (Littleton, Colo./Valor Christian HS) was a standout midfielder who appeared in 76 games from 2013-16.

- April Blaker (Agoura Hills, Calif./San Diego State) was a standout midfielder from 1999-02 on Pepperdine's first era of great teams.
- April Pettigrew (Lake Forest, Calif./El Toro HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 2003. The midfielder appeared in 48 games in her three seasons.

- Julie Ley (Agoura Hills, Calif./Louisville HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 1996. The defender appeared in 72 games and had four goals and 10 assists in her career.
- Lindsey Brouillette (Scottsdale, Ariz./Chaparral HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 2001. In her career, she won 18 games as a goalkeeper and also played forward, scoring four goals.

- Kristen Rodriguez (Inglewood, Calif./Notre Dame Academy) scored nine goals as a forward from 2013-16, including a couple of big ones in the 2014 NCAA Tournament.

- Carlie Stokes (Santa Maria, Calif./Chaminade HS scored five goals as a midfielder from 1998-2001.
- Cammie Burke (Del Mar, Calif./Torrey Pines HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 2009. The defender appeared in 56 games in her three seasons.
- Gunny Jonsdottir (Gardabaer, Iceland) was All-WCC honorable mention in 2010. The midfielder had three assists in her only season with the Waves.
- Jamie Van Horn (Danville, Calif./San Ramon Valley HS) was All-WCC second team in 2017 and honorable mention in 2014. The defender played in 80 games in her career and scored four goals.

- Kristi Bissonnette (Los Alamitos, Calif./Los Alamitos HS) accumulated 21 goals and 23 assists from 1999-02 as a forward.
- Amanda LeCave (Windsor, Calif./Windsor HS) scored 14 goals from 2011-15 as a midfielder/forward, including 10 in the 2012 season.

- Ali Pavoni (Valencia, Calif./Hart HS) was All-WCC second team in 2002 and honorable mention in 2004 after switching from #24. The forward scored 23 career goals, including 11 in the 2002 season, and had 15 assists.
- Sophia Medina (Downey, Calif./Los Alamitos HS) was All-WCC first team in 2009, second team in 2007 and honorable mention in 2006. The forward scored 14 goals and had nine assists in her four seasons.
- Kristine Hilliard (North Ogden, Utah/Weber HS) was a team captain on the 2014 Sweet 16 team.
- Devyn Gilfoy (Brentwood, Calif./Liberty HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 2019. The forward has scored nine goals in her first three seasons.

- Jennifer Brewer (La Mirada, Calif./La Mirada HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 2003 and 2006. The forward scored 13 career goals. She would return later as an assistant coach.
- Katie Gallanes (Yorba Linda, Calif./Esperanza HS) appeared in 63 games as a talented midfielder from 2010-13.

- Hailey Stenberg (Huntington Beach, Calif./Mater Dei HS) 2016-19) had a number of big moments for the Waves the past four years. The midfielder/forward had nine goals and eight assists in her career.

- Jenna Ainsworth (Thousand Oaks, Calif./Westlake HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 2001. The midfielder had 11 goals and 13 assists in her four years.
- Courtney Price (Corona, Calif./Colony HS) was All-WCC honorable mention in 2007. The defender/forward scored three goals in her four seasons.
- Lynn Williams (Fresno, Calif./Bullard HS) was an All-American in 2014 and made the All-WCC first team in 2012, 2013 and 2014 and the second team in 2011. She's second all-time at Pepperdine with 39 goals and also had 24 career assists. Williams had 14 goals and 10 assists as a senior. She has gone on to great success with the U.S. National Team and in the NWSL (including three championships and the 2016 MVP award).

- Ashley Swanson (Irvine, Calif./Woodbridge HS) was a two-time All-American and a four-time All-WCC pick, making the first team in 2002 and 2004, the second team in 2001 and honorable mention in 2003. The defender had three goals and nine assists in her four years.
- Michelle Pao (Cupertino, Calif./Monte Vista HS) a 2011 All-American, also made four All-WCC teams and is the only Wave to make the first team all four years. The defender had six goals and 18 assists in her four seasons.

- Emily Wynne (El Cajon, Calif./University HS) made the All-WCC second team in both 2006 and 2008. The midfielder/forward had 12 goals and 21 assists in her career.
- Jennifer Karson (Frazier Park, Calif./Frazier Mountain HS) contributed to the Waves in the midfield from 2009-12.

- Madi Cook (Trabuco Canyon, Calif./Tesoro HS) the current #28, scored two goals and made the WCC All-Academic first team this past season.

- Bri Lariviere (Camarillo, Calif./Camarillo HS) is the only Wave to wear #29, as the defender appeared in three games in 2012.

- Kayla Stolte (Santee, Calif./West Hills HS) the only Wave to wear #31, earned All-WCC honorable mention in 2008. The goalkeeper had 23 career wins and a 0.94 goals-against average.
