SCOUTING THE HUSKIES
Washington currently stands 5-2 overall after accruing wins over Seattle (twice), Grand Canyon, Cal Poly and UCSB- who the Waves defeated 4-3 this past weekend. The Huskies' two losses come by the hands of #17 Michigan and fellow West Coast Conference member San Diego.

The Waves come off of last weekend at a spotless 4-0 after a gutsy 4-3 win over UCSB, where
Tim Zeitvogel,
Robert Shelton, Pietro Fellin and
Adrian Oetzbach saw wins on their respective courts. Oetzbach delivered the final blow, however, clinching the match on court two, 7-6, 6-2 over UCSB's Victor Krustev.

ON HISTORY'S SIDE
The last time the Waves kicked off the season at 4-0 or better was the 2013 season under head coach Adam Steinberg where Pepperdine went undefeated in WCC play and finished 27-6 in the NCAA Quarterfinals.

TIM TIME
Sophomore
Tim Zeitvogel has yet to record a loss in singles this season, playing anywhere from court four to court two over the past four matches. He has defeated each of his oppenents in straight sets, with the only competition coming from San Francisco's Huynh where Zeitvogel needed an extra point to win 7-5 in the first set before taking the match 6-1 in set two.

Pepperdine will continue its seven-match road stand at Cal Poly on Friday, February 14
th at noon. Then, the Waves will trek to Fresno State on Sunday, February 16
th at 2 p.m.
