LOS ANGELES, Calif. " Madalyn Roh and Brook Bauer clinched the No. 2 Pepperdine beach volleyball team's 3-2 win over No. 4 USC on Tuesday evening at the Merle Norman Stadium, marking the Waves fourth-consecutive win over the Trojans this season.
The Waves (19-3) went up 2-0 after the first flight of action over the Trojans (17-9). Although the second flight was tight, Roh and Bauer buckled down for the overall victory in the No. 2 position.

USC came out strong in the second flight on all courts, but the Waves' No. 2 duo Brook Bauer and Madalyn Roh were dealing from the start. Pepperdine downed Joy Dennis and Brianna Sizemore in the first set 21-13. After the Trojans picked up wins on courts one and three to even the score, the match came down to the second set on court two. Roh and Bauer dealt with the pressure and rallied back from an early deficit to secure a 21-19 win and clinch the overall victory for the Waves.
