PEPPERDINE OUTDOOR TRACK 2016 (JR): Ran only at the first meet of the season ... Ran the 800 at Westmont (2/20) in 2:41.42.
PEPPERDINE INDOOR TRACK 2016 (JR): Competed at one of the first two indoor meets in program history ... Ran the 600 (1:49.98 on 2/12) and the 800 (2:42.52 on 2/13) at Northern Arizona.
PEPPERDINE OUTDOOR TRACK 2015 (SO): Competed in the first six meets of the season ... Ran the 800 meters five times with a best of 2:37.13 at the Cunningham Track Classic (3/7) ... Also ran the 1,500 once.
PEPPERDINE OUTDOOR TRACK 2014 (FR): Ran at six meets ... Competed in the 400 and 800 meters ... Best times were 1:07.76 in the 400 (Cal Poly, 3/29) and 2:31.40 in the 800 (UC Irvine, 3/21) ... Was part of a school-record 4x800-meter relay team that ran 9:48.41 and won its race at Savannah State (3/1).
PEPPERDINE XC 2016 (SR): Ran at just one event ... Had a 6k time of 26:13.4 at the Bronco Invitational.
PEPPERDINE XC 2015 (JR): Competed at two meets ... Ran a 20:39.95 in the 5k at the Highlander Invitational.
PEPPERDINE XC 2014 (SO): Ran at two meets during her first year on the cross country team ... Both were 5k races and she had a season-best time of 20:51.2 at the Highlander Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Fossil Ridge High School, located in Fort Collins, Colo., in 2013 ... Ran three years of varsity track and one year of cross country ... Earned Academic All-State first team honors as a senior.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Gino and Michele Campana ... Has three siblings: Ariella, Maurizio and Milana ... Majoring in economics ... Has had leadership roles in FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), DECA and the Best Buddies Club ... Chose to attend Pepperdine because it "provides me the opportunity to receive an amazing education while continuing to compete in running at the NCAA Division I level. Upon touring the school I immediately declined all other offers and knew that Pepperdine was the place for me."
FAVORITES: Favorites include Hope Solo (pro athlete), Denver Nuggets (pro sports team), Where the Red Fern Grows (book), Transformers (movie), Awkward (TV show), Eric Church (musical artist), pasta (food) and soccer (sport other than running) ... Favorite thing about cross country/track is "the team aspect. I really love being surrounded by a great group of girls and building the camaraderie that pushes you to the next level."
