PEPPERDINE INDOOR 2020: Played in one match as a junior … *The 2020 season was played in the Spring of 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
PEPPERDINE BEACH 2020: Greene joined the beach squad for her first season on the beach in the Spring 2020 season … Saw action in three duals in the No. 5 position … Competed against opponents from #2 UCLA, #9 LMU and #15 South Carolina … Season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
PEPPERDINE INDOOR 2019: Played in five matches in her redshirt-freshman season.
PEPPERDINE INDOOR 2018: Did not see any action in her true freshman season.
CLUB/USA: Played for Manoa Beach Club in 2018, Ku’ikahi 18’s in 2017, Imi’Ike 18’s in 2016 and Spike and Serve Volleyball Club 14’s/15’s in 2014 and 2015. Helped the team to AAU Open 11th and 15th place finishes in 2016 and 2017 and an 8th place finish at the 2017 NIT Triple Crown … Earned 2nd at AAU Beach Nationals in 2015 and finished 5th at USA Nationals in 2013, 3rd in 2014 and 9th in 2015 … Also played with USABV A2 camps from 2014-16 … Earned a CBVA AAA beach rating in 2016 and ranked #1 in the State of Hawai’i for beach volleyball 18’s in 2017.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Punahou School in Honolulu, Hawai’i in 2018 … Also attended La Pietra High School from 2014-15 … Lettered three seasons as an outside hitter at Punahou under Tanya Fuamatu-Anderson in the ILH Division I … In her senior season, garnered All-State Fab 15 honors, as well as a spot on the Ann Kang Invitational All-Tournament Team and PrepVolleyball Senior Aces 150 list … In her junior campaign, earned 2017 Dodge Parker Most Outstanding Player Award … In her freshman season at La Pietra under coach Alicia Arnott, she earned ILH Division II All-Conference first team honors and a spot on PrepVolleyball’s Frosh 59 Highest honorable mention list … Also ran track and field and graduated with academic honors.
PERSONAL: Majoring in sports medicine … Daughter of Ian and Kristi Greene … Has one older sister Sierra … Plans to major in Nutritional Science at Pepperdine and has career aspirations of becoming a dietician … Was born in Heidelberg, Germany and her sister Sierra was born in Seoul, South Korea due to her father’s active military duty - her father Ian played for Norwich University Rugby and Ski Teams and was born in Orleans, France as his parents worked for the U.S. State Department and her mother was born in Phoenix, Arizona … She has been a vegetarian her entire life because she stated she feels very strongly about it for moral, environmental and ethical reasons … Stated she chose Pepperdine “because the school embodies everything [she] values: a close-knit community, high academic standards, the focus on Christian faith, a competitive volleyball team and a beautiful environment.”
