PEPPERDINE 2016: Appeared in 14 games as a freshman for the Waves, making five starts before losing the rest of the season to injury ââ'¬¦ Still finished tied for second on the team with 11 total points, scoring four goals and posting three assists ââ'¬¦ Burst onto the scene with two goals and one assist against Arizona (8/19) in her first career game ââ'¬¦ Scored a goal and posted an assist in a 5-0 win over Gonzaga (10/2) ââ'¬¦ Took 15 shots and put seven on target ââ'¬¦ Played 714 minutes ââ'¬¦ Was a Pepperdine Scholar-Athlete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four varsity seasons at St. Lucy's Priory High School ââ'¬¦ Tallied 39 goals, four assists and 82 total points for her prep career ââ'¬¦ Was named all-league first team as a freshman, junior and senior (missed sophomore season due to injury) ââ'¬¦ Earned San Gabriel Valley All-Area team honors as a junior and senior ââ'¬¦ Was team MVP her final two years ââ'¬¦ Earned Scholar-Athlete recognition all four years of high school ââ'¬¦ Also garnered Honor Roll recognition, was junior class president and earned the Mother Augusta Parle Memorial Scholarship.

PERSONAL: Was born in Upland, Calif. to Christopher and Michele Leggio ââ'¬¦ Has two older brothers, Nolan and Erik ââ'¬¦ Plans to major in psychology with hopes of being a forensic psychologist ââ'¬¦ Chose Pepperdine, "because it had my desired major, the location, the intimacy toward peers and professors, the coaching staff and the religious aspect."
