Track Wraps Up Weekend in Westwood

LOS ANGELES, Calif. –  Pepperdine track wrapped up its two days in the Bob Larsen Distance Carnival and Jim Bush Legends Meet from the campus of UCLA. One individual and one relay team earned a top-ten finish.

"The team had a really solid week at UCLA! Lots of personal bests and well-executed races," said head coach Lauren Floris. "I'm so proud of everyone and excited to see them continue their momentum as we head into some big time races coming up at Stanford and APU."

Beckett Sullivan recorded the highest finish of any Wave, finishing seventh in the 800-meter run. He clocked a time of 1:52.72.

The familiar group of Annie Trapp, Lia Cooper, Lexi Thomas, and Mia Skuraton combined once more for a relay event. They finished with a speed of 3:51.92 in the 4x400-meter relay—good for eighth.
