PALOS VERDES ESTATES, Calif. – Due to unplayable conditions and continued rainfall, the final round of the Therese Hession Regional Challenge was canceled on Monday.  Teams were able to get through three rounds of match play the previous two days.
 
Senior Kaleiya Romero led the Waves with an undefeated outing throughout the tournament, going 2-0-1 after besting opponents from #10 Florida and #61 Baylor and tying her opponent from #24 Arizona State.  The Waves went tied with the Bears as a team 2-2-1, but fell to the Gators 4-1 and Sun Devils 4-0-1.
 
On March 4-5, the Waves will head to Las Vegas, Nev. for The Show at Spanish Trail.
