Men's Tennis Lands Six on ITA Scholar-Athlete List

TEMPE, Ariz. – Six members of the Pepperdine men's tennis program were recognized by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association for their performances in the classroom over the 2021-22 academic year, as the team was named an ITA All-Academic Team.
 
Prerequisites for ITA Scholar-Athlete status include obtaining a grade point average of at least 3.5. All-Academic teams must have a team grade point average of 3.2 or above.
 
Honorees include freshman Linus Carlsson Halldin, junior Eric Hadigian, seniors Daniel De Jonge, Corrado Summaria and Tim Zeitvogel and graduate student Andrew Rogers.
 
The Waves completed the 2022 dual season ranked 24th at 18-8, finishing as runners-up in the West Coast Conference tournament and going 8-1 in conference play.
