MALIBU, Calif. – After playing on the road for the past two weeks, the #30 Pepperdine men's tennis squad finally comes home this weekend to continue West Coast Conference play against Saint Mary's and LMU.

SCOUTING THE GAELS
After a less than ideal start to their season, the Gaels have earned wins over UC Davis, Sacramento State, Nevada and San Francisco. Most recently, Saint Mary's dropped a thriller against Santa Clara, going 3-4. The Gaels have no ranked singles or doubles players.
SCOUTING THE LIONS
This will be the first and only edition of the PCH Cup this year, as the Lions head up the coast to meet the Waves. Currently standing at 5-6, LMU is 2-0 in conference play but has also earned wins over Cal Poly and Fresno State while splitting a series with San Diego State. The Lions struggled in their most recent win over Santa Clara, but fought the Broncos off 4-3. LMU has no ranked singles or doubles players.
SURF REPORT
After an uncharacteristic loss to #34 Wichita State, the Waves will look to prove themselves against WCC foes.
In their first match in Kansas, Pepperdine defeated #48 SMU 4-0, seeing
Daniel De Jonge earn his third clinch point of the season.
Guy Den Ouden, the current reigning WCC Singles Player of the Week, earned the award by defeating SMU's Liam Krall on court three 6-3, 6-0 and Wichita State's Marius Frosa on court two, 6-1, 6-1. The freshman is currently riding a six-matching winning streak.
