PORTLAND, Ore. – The #31 Pepperdine men's tennis team won their fifth-straight West Coast Conference match on Friday afternoon, besting Portland 5-2.
Tim Zeitvogel earned his third clinch point of the season for the Waves on court five, going 6-1, 6-2.

RECAP
The Waves saw little resistance in doubles, as the pair of
Daniel De Jonge and
Pietro Fellin delivered the first blow 6-3 on court three.
Tim Zeitvogel and
Corrado Summaria clinched the doubles point for the Waves at 6-4 on court two.
In singles, Portland fought back as courts one and four fell to their Pilots opponents. De Jonge was the first Wave to finish with a win on court two, scoring 7-5, 6-4 to get his first win on that court this season.
Guy Den Ouden saw the next dub on court two, going 7-5, 6-4 for his eighth win in that position. Following was Zeitvogel on court five, who clinched the match for Pepperdine at 6-1, 6-2 with an overall score of 4-1.
All courts were played to completion, and
Robert Shelton saw the next win on court six coming from behind in the second set to win 6-4, 7-5.
