MALIBU, Calif. – The fifth-ranked Pepperdine women's tennis team did not allow any more than two points per opponent today, steamrolling San Francisco 6-1 in the second West Coast Conference match of the season.
Fourth-ranked
Jessica Failla delivered the clinching blow on court one, going 6-0, 6-2 for her 10
th win in dual singles this season after dropping only one match.

The Dons showed little resistance in doubles, where
Jessica Failla and
Shiori Fukuda won first on court one over USF's Mushika and Bui 6-1.
Astrid Olsen and
Nikki Redelijk followed suit on three, clinching the doubles point for the Waves at 6-2.
In singles, Fukuda didn't allow a single point to her opponent, going 6-0, 6-0 on two to finish first for Pepperdine. After a medical retirement on court four, the Waves led 2-1 before Olsen delivered the next blow at 6-1, 6-1.

Taisiya Pachkaleva followed up with a 6-1, 6-1 win on court five.
Lisa Zaar rounded out the day for the Waves, going 6-1, 6-1 on court five to put the final score at 6-1 overall.
