PEPPERDINE 2021-22: Finished the season ranked #49 by the ITA in singles … Selected to the NCAA Singles Championship, though she did not compete … Went 19-8 in overall singles matches, including an 11-6 dual record from the first through fourth spots … Won 10 of 12 matches playing at slots three and four … Took down #84 Naomi Cheong from USC in straight sets in helping the Waves to the round of 16 … Went 17-9 in overall doubles and 14-6 in dual matches … WCC All-Academic first team … Named to the WCC Commissioner’s Honor Roll (Gold) … An ITA Scholar-Athlete.

JUNIORS: Played in many ITF events and recorded her highest juniors ranking at #32 in 2019 … In the Women's Tennis Association, Pachaleva clocked in her highest ranking in singles at #540 and in doubles at #641 … In 2019, Pachkaleva went 25-13 in singles play and 21-5 in doubles.… In 2020, she posted 14 singles wins and only four singles losses in ITF, WTA and Fed Cup play, while going 7-5 in doubles.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Elena Maltseva and Sergey Pachkalev … Has one older brother Stephan … Career aspirations include being ranked in the Top 50 of the WTA rankings and a successful career outside of tennis … States she loves tennis because: “I have been playing tennis since I was a little kid. It has always been a very important part of my life. I enjoy both the joy that tennis brings me and the competition. Also the emotions that tennis gives me are unforgettable, you can improve your character and become stronger, sometimes it can be through pain and of course, tennis helps me to be healthy and to keep fit.”
