He'll now be considered for Academic All-American honors.
Â
Heath (Scotts Valley, Calif./Scotts Valley HS) graduated this spring with a degree in finance and a 3.98 grade-point average. He leaves Pepperdine holding four school records: the 8K and the 10K in cross country and the 3K and the 5K in outdoor track.
Â
Heath also earned West Coast Conference All-Academic first team honors three times. He made the All-WCC honorable mention team in 2017. In fall 2018, he led the Waves' cross country team to its best WCC finish since 2009 and its best-ever NCAA Regional finish. He was Pepperdine's top-finishing runner at 20 of 24 career cross country meets.
