Pepperdine Coach Sylvia Mosqueda said: "On the men's side the Waves ran really well. Almost all of the men were able to get PRs which was fantastic. We were also able to beat LMU and Santa Clara who are both in our conference which I'm pretty excited about. I'm really looking for us to get top four at conference which is looking like it's going to be very possible. The women's team also had quite a few PRs which was great. All in all, we're just getting ready for conference which is where we want our runners to peak. With regionals following, I just want my runners to give me everything they've got."
