ELMA, NY -- Former Pepperdine women's soccer star Lynn Williams scored her first professional goal this past weekend for the Western New York Flash in the National Women's Soccer League.

Williams scored in the 11th minute of a 3-2 win for the Flash over the Washington Spirit on Saturday. Six games into her professional career, the former Waves' standout has a goal and an assist, and has started four times for the Flash.
