Men's Golf Completes Play at General Hackler Championship

GEORGETOWN, S.C. - The Pepperdine men's golf team wound up in 13th place at the General Hackler Championship, hosted by Coastal Carolina, on Monday.
The Waves struggled in their final round at the par-72 DeBordieu Club, shooting a 322 that dropped them two spots in the standings and gave them a three-round total of 933 (312-299-322).
Senior Josh Anderson (Murrieta, Calif./Murrieta Valley HS) collected his seventh top-20 finish in eight tournaments this season, as he tied for 14th place with a 7-over 220 (75-69-76). He's fifth all-time at Pepperdine with 27 career top-20 results.
Additionally, junior Johnny Mac Arthur (Newhall, Calif./Hart HS) tied for 63rd place at 236 (75-78-83), sophomore Parker Page (Louisville, Ky./Ballard HS) tied for 72nd at 239 (83-74-82), sophomore Alex Forss (Temecula, Calif./Great Oak HS) tied for 78th at 247 (88-78-81) and freshman Caston Roberts (Gilbert, Ariz./Gilbert Christian HS) was 80th at 249 (79-85-85).
Pepperdine's busy month continues at the Barona Collegiate Cup in Lakeside, Calif., on March 22-23.
