Malibu, Calif. - Senior Kevin Borzenski and junior Richard Johnson team were knocked out of competition on Saturday at the Denver Invitational in Denver, Colo.
Johnson advanced to the quarterfinals on Friday, but was defeated by Graeme Kassautzki of New Mexico, 6-3, 6-4.
Borzenski and Johnson played their first doubles match on Saturday but were defeated by Denver's Nejc Smole and Viktor Zetterholm 9-8.
The Pepperdine men's tennis team will travel to Tulsa, O.K. on October 6-9 when they play in the ITA All-American.
