Malibu, Calif. - Following a rain delay that postponed play half a day, qualifying for the main draw of the Wilson/ITA Regional Championships began late Wednesday afternoon. Among those advancing to tomorrow's round of 64 was Pepperdine's Justin Montgomery.

Also qualifying for the main draw are Ashton Politanoff and Mike Chan of Loyola Marymount, Bruce Aiken and Aaron Badart from USC and Arizona's Nathan Cochrane.

Play will resume Thursday at 9:00 a.m. with the first round of singles competition. Later in the afternoon doubles teams from the 11 regional schools will see their first action of the week beginning their draw.
