Chose Pepperdine because "I love the coaches and the team, the campus is very beautiful, the school has great academics, and it is a Christian school"... loves baseball because "I love the team aspect and love being around friends"... his biggest sports hero is former San Francisco Giants catcher Buster Posey because "his comeback from injury and then winning MVP shows how much he works and doesn't let things break him, and he helped bring three championships to the Giants"... the Giants are his favorite MLB team, while he also enjoys the Las Vegas Raiders and Golden State Warriors... his favorite non-baseball pro athlete is Warriors guard Stephen Curry... his favorite MLB player is former New York Yankees closer Mariano Rivera... his must-read is the Harry Potter series, while his favorite movie is Grown Ups 2... will chow down on Mexican food... loves Drake's tunes... hobbies away from the diamond include video games, fishing, and collecting baseball cards... has an older sister, Danielle, and an older brother, Daniel... career goal is just to win in baseball and play as long as he can while having fun doing it and making as many relationships as possible...
