No. 15 Men's Golf Readies for WCC Championships

FAIRFIELD, Calif. - No. 15 Pepperdine men's golf will seek to go back-to-back at the WCC Championships this weekend, which begins tomorrow and runs through Sunday. The Waves are defending their title from last season and are looking for their fourth West Coast Conference crown in six seasons.
The tournament will consist of three rounds of stroke play between Friday and Saturday, followed by a semifinals and a final round on Sunday. Two rounds will be played on Friday before the third on Saturday. The semifinal will consist of the top four-placing squads (1 seed vs. 4 seed, 2 seed vs. 3 seed) before the winner of each semifinal will battle for the title in the final on Sunday afternoon.
Live stats and tee times for all three rounds can be found at this link. Play will begin at 7:30 a.m. PT on Friday, with the Waves first teeing off at 8:25 am PT (Luke Dariotis).

Pepperdine was last in action a couple of weeks ago at the 79th Western Intercollegiate, finishing 8th out of 15. Mahanth Chirravuri led the squad by shooting one-under to place in a tie for 18th overall. Senior Brady Siravo completed the tournament just one stroke back, finishing even for a tie in 24th place.
