SANTA CRUZ, Calif. - No. 13 Pepperdine men's golf finished its last regular season tournament this afternoon at the Western Intercollegiate, placing eighth out of 15 teams.

Mahanth Chirravuri led the Waves by shooting one-under for the tournament, placing in a tie for 18th overall out of 96. The senior started hot on Wednesday, firing four birdies in the front nine and stayed steady despite a few bogeys on the back nine.

Brady Siravo finished the tournament even and was part of a six-way tie for 24th place overall. He shot 68-70-72 and in Wednesday's third round, he came back from a double bogey on six to sink birdies on 10 and 12.

Byungho Lee performed well in round three on Wednesday, shooting one-under. After a tough round two yesterday, Lee recorded five strokes less in the final round and sunk three birdies along the way to place in a seven-way tie for 30th overall.

Luke Dariotis had his best round of the tournament on Wednesday, shooting one-under. The freshman, a Sacramento native, caught fire in the middle of the day, registering consecutive birdies on eight and nine before landing another one on 11. He had just two bogeys, the fewest in any round of the tournament.

Willy Walsh moved up four spots on the leaderboard after shooting par in the third round, following up an even performance yesterday. The 29th-ranked golfer in the country had a double-bogey on three and 16 but tallied four birdies to finish the tournament four-over.

Oscar Bach (T-77) shot five-over for the tournament, while Luke Bailey (T-81) recorded 15-over to complete Pepperdine's lineup.
