Pepperdine is 19-2 against BYU and is a perfect 11-0 at home. This will be the final WCC meeting between the schools as BYU heads to the Big 12 Conference next season.

SCOUTING THE WAVES
Pepperdine had a successful trip to the Pacific Northwest last week, defeating #51 Washington, Gonzaga and Portland over the course of four days. #63 Daniel De Jonge won all three of his singles matches, while Linus Carlsson Halldin and Pietro Fellin won each of their three doubles matches. Maxi Homberg leads the Waves with 11 dual singles wins, while Homberg and Eero Vasa lead the squad with 10 dual doubles victories. Tim Zeitvogel is ranked 103rd by the ITA in singles, while he and De Jonge are 49th in the doubles rankings.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
San Diego has been impressive in playing a difficult schedule this season, defeating ranked opponents in Texas A&M, Old Dominion, Oklahoma, Memphis and Tulane. USD hasn't played since April 1st when the Toreros were upset on the road by BYU, 4-2. Oliver Tarvet leads the team with 11 dual singles wins. Iiro Vasa, brother of current Wave Eero Vasa, is ranked 84th by the ITA in singles.

BYU split a pair of conference matches last weekend, defeating San Francisco 4-0 before falling to Santa Clara 4-1. Two weeks ago, BYU collected a marquee win with its home victory over San Diego. The Cougars have not won away from Provo this season, losing their first eight road matches. No Cougars are ranked by the ITA in singles or doubles.
