Head Coach
Lauren Floris said: "Today was a strong showing for the Waves. More than half of our runners ran personal bests out there today. It was exciting to see Riley take charge and lead the women's team to strong finishes. We were missing some key runners on the men's side but that gave us the chance to demonstrate the depth we have there, with eight of our nine guys running faster than they ever have over 8K."
UP NEXT
The Waves will run at the Roy Griak Invitational hosted by Minnesota on Friday, September 24 and at the Master's Invitational on Saturday, September 25.
