Pepperdine 37': Redshirt senior forward Devyn Gilfoy (Brentwood, Calif./Liberty HS) sent a right-footed pass to sophomore midfielder Skylar Enge (Cardiff, Calif./Pacific Ridge School). Enge sent a rocket from about 25 yards out for her first goal of the season and as a Wave.

Freshman forward Kelsey Adams (Long Beach, Calif./Long Beach Poly HS) sent a shot that was blocked by a few Jackrabbits defenders, which then landed at the foot of redshirt senior defender Kelsey Hill (Elk Grove, Calif./Cosumnes Oaks/Saint Mary's). Hill sent a left-footed shot past the goalkeeper for the fifth goal of the first half and her fourth goal of the season.
South Dakota State 53': The Jackrabbits sent a pass about 25 yards out to the right side of the box. Cecilia Limongi sent a left-footed shot for South Dakota's lone goal of the game.
