Head Coach
Ellie Monobe said: "We had a solid showing against the Aggies. Being the season opener for them, we had a more aggressive start today and an on-deck presence that rivaled the home team. Standout freshman
Emma Purdy had the best performances with a season-best in the 50 and 100 free and had the team's fastest 50 fly split. Our team is tired after racing three days in a row last week, and it's great to see them step up against challenging opponents. I'm very excited to re-focus on training and work on the details."
Â
NEXT UP: Pepperdine will enjoy two weeks off before heading to Los Angeles for the first installment of the PCH Cup in swim this year, as the Waves take on LMU in a dual meet on November 6 at 11:00 a.m.
