CLUB: Competed on the Truckee Tahoe Swim Team from 2011-20, the Lakeridge Swim Team from 2020-21 and the Sierra Marlins from 2021-present … Sectionals qualifier and Junior Nationals relay qualifier.

Born in Reno, Nev. … Daughter of Jeremy and Shelly Purdy … Sister to Trevor … Both parents were collegiate ski racers for the University of Nevada, with Jeremy competing in the X-Games and on the national and World Cup circuits as a professional mountain bike racer … A grandfather played college golf at the University of the Pacific … Has climbed Half Dome, backpacked throughout the Sierra, and trekked through the Alps in Europe … Chose Pepperdine because of “the combination of high-quality athletics and academics.”
 
FAVORITES: Hobbies include skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing and hiking … Sports hero is her dad … Favorites include Alex Honnold and Jessie Diggins (pro athletes), avocados and extra dark chocolate (foods), any sports movie that has made her cry (movie) and mountain biking (sport besides swimming) ...
