The men have been really working well together as a team and have been doing some solid workouts. As for my women, they all have been giving me some solid workouts and I'm excited to see how they do this Saturday at the Capital Cross Challenge. I am enjoying working with this young team of amazing athletes and I couldn't be prouder."
