Then one week later, the Waves defeated USC 13-12 for the first time since 2005 ... Marko Asic has been steadily climbing the all-time goal scoring ranks this year, and is currently fifth all-time with 227 goals. He is just 12 goals behind his father Pero on the list, who has 239 ... Chris Dilworth has 156 career goals, which puts him 16th all-time, just one behind Mike Grier in 15th.
Â
Player of the Week: Two members of the team have earned Player of the Week honors in back-to-back weeks. Balazs Kosa earned it on 10/10 after his performances against Pomona-Pitzer and Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, and Marko Asic brought home the honors on 10/17 after helping the Waves over Cal.Â
