The 835 teams that have earned the honor this year breaks the all-time record set in 2017 of 822 teams.Â
The beach squad tabbed a 3.372 cumulative grade point average throughout the 2017-18 school year, after 9-of-13 eligible players surpassed the required 3.30 GPA mark. The highest grade point average was posted by the most recent alumna, Corinne Quiggle, who finished her senior season with a 4.0 grade point average in the year.
