Three Waves to Compete at Oracle ITA National Fall Championships

MALIBU, Calif. – The Pepperdine women's tennis team will send #4 Ashley Lahey, #41 Evgeniya Levashova and Jessica Failla to Surprize, Ariz. this week, for the Oracle ITA National Fall Championships which begins on Wednesday, November 7.Â

Failla earned an automatic bid after reaching the ITA Southwest Regional singles final, while Levashova and Lahey earned at-large bids for the singles bracket. Lahey and Levashova also will compete in the doubles draw, earning an at-large bid after also reaching the regional doubles final.

Along with the Oracle tournament, #104 Dzina Milovanovic, #7 (newcomer/freshman) Anastasia Iamachkine and Adrijana Lekaj will also be in Arizona this week, competing in the ASU Fall Tournament which begins on Friday November 9.

The 2018 Oracle ITA National Fall Championships men's and women's singles finals will stream live on ESPN3 and the ESPN App on Sunday, November 11th, beginning at 10 a.m. PDT, with the women's final. The singles championships will re-air on ESPNU on Tuesday, November 13th, at 12 p.m. PDT.Â

ORACLE ITA NATIONAL FALL CHAMPIONSHIPS
The tournament will be played at Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex in Surprise, Ariz. The Oracle ITA National Fall Championships is in the tournament's second year, and remains the only event on the collegiate tennis calendar to feature competitors from all five divisions (NCAA Divisions I, II and III, NAIA and JUCO) playing in the same tournament.

The tournament will feature a 64-player singles draw for men and women, while men's and women's doubles will consist of a 32-team draw. Players qualified for the tournament through designated placings at earlier ITA National Championships and the ITA Regional Championships.

The men's and women's singles champions will receive main draw wildcards to the 2019 Oracle Challenge Series Event. Â
