MALIBU, Calif. -- The Pepperdine women's swimming and diving team honored its seniors and got one last meet in before the conference championships in two weeks as the Waves held their Orange and Blue Time Trials on Friday.
The performance of the day was turned in by senior Ali McLeod (Austin, Texas/Cedar Park HS), who set a new school record in the 400 individual medley with a time of 4:28.17. Another senior, Loriann Mark (Malibu, Calif./Malibu HS), swam the school's second-best time ever in the 1,000 free with a time of 10:30.75.
Pepperdine swimmers set a total of 19 personal bests on Friday.
The Waves compete at the PCSC Championships on Feb. 13-16 in Long Beach, Calif.
