Pepperdine Scholar-Athlete and WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll "silver" honors in 2016 ââ'¬¦ After three seasons of collegiate women's tennis, including two seasons at Michigan and one season at Pepperdine, Wierda has amassed a 14-16 overall single record (2-1 in dual play) and a 21-14 overall doubles record (4-4 in dual play).

MICHIGAN: Played tennis at the University of Michigan from 2013-15 ââ'¬¦ Lettered in two seasons ââ'¬¦ Part of the team that garnered Big Ten Championships in 2014 and 2015 ââ'¬¦ In sophomore season, namd to Academic All-Big Ten ââ'¬¦ On the singles side, went 3-7 overall and knocked off Yuriko Ono of Western Michigan in straight sets on March 12 ââ'¬¦ On the doubles side, went 9-6 overall with partner Mira Ruder-Hook including an 8-3 outcome in tournament action ââ'¬¦ In her freshman campaign on the singles side, went 1-0 in dual-match play and 9-7 overall ââ'¬¦  On the doubles side, finished 8-5 overall, including a 6-3 record with partner Kristen Dodge and 2-2 with Sara Remynse.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Westminster Christian ââ'¬¦ Competed internationally in the ITF Juniors circuit and collected a 20-32 singles record and 16-30 doubles record.
