Trey Mitchell begins his second season in 2016 as a volunteer assistant coach with the Waves. Mitchell will work with the Pepperdine goalkeepers.
He comes to Malibu after a standout collegiate career. Mitchell played his final two seasons at Cal State Dominguez Hills, recording 71 saves in 20 starts. He posted a 0.85 goals against average, good for fourth best all time in CSUDH history. Mitchell also played two seasons at Citrus College, posting 97 saves and a 1.30 goals against average.
Mitchell hails from Upland and played his high school soccer at Alta Loma HS.
