Teryn Beal joined Pepperdine in September 2021 as an assistant athletic trainer.
Prior to Pepperdine, Beal was an athletic trainer at San Diego Christian College working with a variety of sports including men’s and women's basketball, men’s and women's soccer, women's volleyball, softball and men’s and women's tennis. Before that, she was an athletic training intern for the UC Riverside women’s basketball team in 2019-20 and was also a summer intern for USC football in 2019.
Beal earned her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Texas Christian University in 2016 and her master’s degree in athletic training from California Baptist in 2020. She became a NATA BOC Certified Athletic Trainer in July 2020.
