A Pepperdine graduate, Jordan Holm was promoted to Assistant Director of Athletics for Academics, Student Development and Chaplain in October 2020.
Holm spent three years on Pepperdine's staff (2011-12 through 2013-14) as an Assistant Director of Athletic Communications, where he oversaw the department's video productions. He then spent four years (2014-15 through 2017-18) at Belmont University where he served as the Coordinator of Academic Services and Sports Ministry. He returned to Pepperdine in summer 2018 as the Director of Student-Athlete Development and Academic Support.
He oversees academics and student-athlete leadership development and is the co-lead for the Student Care Team/athletics mental health area. He has sport oversight for men's water polo and women's volleyball.
In 2010, he coached high school basketball and was on the staff for Young Life Ministries in his hometown of Walnut Creek, Calif. Prior to joining Pepperdine the first time, he did a three-month mission trip to Kenya.
Holm graduated from Pepperdine in 2009 with a degree in broadcast journalism. He received his master's of education in organizational communication and leadership from Belmont in 2016.

Jenna McPherson returned to Pepperdine in August 2021 as the Assistant Director of Business Operations and Special Events.
In this role, McPherson oversees all team travel logistics, coordinates student-athlete housing, and facilitates special fundraising events.
Prior to her current position in the athletic department, she was a teacher’s assistant in the Religion and Philosophy Division at Pepperdine University. She also worked as a sales consultant at Nati Clothing Boutique in Malibu.
Formerly Jenna Tunnell, she is no stranger to Malibu as she earned her bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Pepperdine in 2019. She also received her master’s in ministry from Pepperdine in June 2021. She played four years of indoor and beach volleyball at Pepperdine, earning the Pepperdine Athletics Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year award in 2019.
McPherson currently resides in Calabasas with her husband Stone.
