PEPPERDINE CAREER: Has played in 29 matches and 57 total sets throughout her three-year career, having also redshirted in 2019 … Marked a career-high 19 assists and eight digs against Nicholls State on September 7.
 
PEPPERDINE 2020: Competed in 14 matches and saw action in 33 sets as a junior, coming in primarily to provide serving support … Tabbed two service aces and four digs … *The 2020 season was played in the Spring of 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
PEPPERDINE 2019: Redshirted during the 2019 season.
 
PEPPERDINE 2018: Played in 15 matches with one start and saw action in 24 sets during her true-freshman campaign … Averaged 1.67 assists/set with 40 total assists for a .315 assist percentage … Tabbed 0.67 digs/set with1 6 digs … Amassed one ace and led the Waves in assists on one occasion.
 
CLUB/USA: Earned bronze medals with Tstreet’s 18’s team twice and 16’s once … Garnered All-Tournament honors on each of those occasions … Her highest finish was silver with SVVC’s 14’s in the Patriot Division … Also played for club volleyball with Tstreet most recently from 15’s through 18’s and has also played for Dig It VBC, SCVBC and SVVC as a junior.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Saddleback Valley Christian High School in San Clemente, Calif. in 2018 … Also attended Saddleback College with dual enrollment during high school … Lettered four seasons as a setter, opposite and outside hitter with SVCHS under Carmen Stratton in the San Joaquin League … Throughout her career, posted 197 aces, 2,657 kills with a .285 success rate, 825 digs, 168 blocks with 42 solos and 559 assists … Earned San Joaquin League Player of the Year as both a junior and senior … Was Varsity MVP and garnered All-CIF Southern Section Teeam Award for division 3 from sophomore through senior seasons … In her senior campaign, earned a spot on the San Diego Hudl Invitational Division 2 All-Tournament Team … In her sophomore season, she tabbed a spot on the San Joaquin All-League first team … In her freshman campaign, she garnered San Joaquin All-League honorable mention honors … Helped her team to San Joaquin League Champion honors all four years … Also led the team to CIF Champions Division 3A, Regional State Champions Southern Section Division 3 and a 2^nd place finish in the State Finals in 2014 … Won CIF Champions Division 3A in 2015 … Also lettered in beach volleyball, earning beach MVP honors in 2016, 17 and 18 and IVBL Pairs Runner-Up status in 2016 … On the academic side, garnered Outstanding Performing Arts Student honors in 2018 and graduated with a 4.02 grade point average.
 
PERSONAL: Majoring in business administration … Daughter of Ian and Kristina Dyer ... Has five siblings Travis Waddel and Heidi, Noah, George and Gabriel Dyer … Brother Noah plays men’s volleyball and sister Heidi plays both indoor and beach volleyball at Pepperdine … Her father Ian played volleyball for Harvard and her brother Travis played volleyball for UC Santa Cruz … Has future goals of owning a business and becoming a mother one day … Stated this as the reason she chose Pepperdine, “Pepperdine has been my dream school since I was in middle school. The Waves have an amazing Division I women’s volleyball program, as well as great team culture, and the proximity to the beach is incredible. Pepperdine also has one of the best business programs.”
