ST GEORGE, Utah – Pepperdine's swimmers posted solid results in the final day of the MPSF Championships as two Waves qualified for the finals in addition to four Waves improving their spot in all-time top-10 record books.

PRELIMS
In the 100 free,
Alexandra Browne (Arlington, Va.) qualified for the finals as she clocked a time of 51.34, good for 13th-place in the prelims. The time was also good for second all-time in program history.
In the 200 Breast,
Kiana Fan (Irvine, Calif.) swam the event in 2:20.93 which put her third on the all-time list.
Tay Thomas (Pleasant Hill, Calif.) earned a spot in the finals as she finished in 16th with a time of 2:07.96 in the 200 fly.
FINALS
In a finals only event,
Ellie Hendren (Highlands Ranch, Colo.) continued her dominance in the 1650 free as she notched a time of 17:36.01 and improved her spot on the all-time list as she now sits in fourth in program history.
In the 200 fly, Thomas cranked out another career-best time as she completed the event in 2:06.67, good for a 14th-place finish as she earned points for the Waves. This time also put Thomas fourth on the all-time top-10 list.
Browne placed 15th and also earned points for the Waves in the 100 free with a finals time of 51.46.
